Concentrated Potassium Chloride (KCl)

  • This arrangement provides a stable electrical referencepotentialagainst which the electric potential of themeasuring electrodecan be measured against.

  • The electrical potential of Ag/AgCl and KCl reference electrode half cell depends on the KCl concentration

    @ 25oC Ag/AgCl - 3.5MKCl ……..0.205 V (Volts)

    @ 25oC Ag/AgCl - supersaturated KCl ……..0.197 V (Volts)

  • A supersaturated KCl solution is guaranteed if a persistent presence of KCl crystals is evident.
  • The KCl concentration is not critical as long as it remains above a 3molar concentration(3 M).
  • A supersaturated solution guarantees that the solution will not fall below the 3molar concentration(3 M) and henceis the recommended concentration for the reference electrode of a pH meter.

1.安装
sudo apt-get install opencc

2.简体 —-》 繁体
opencc -i 简体.txt -o 繁体.txt -c zhs2zht.ini

3.繁体 —-》 简体
opencc -i 繁体.txt -o 简体.txt -c zht2zhs.ini

注：

1.-i 后是需要转的文件 -o后是转换后的文件名
2.-c后是转换的规则，为固定写法
3.简体中文是Simplified Chinese /繁体中文是 Traditional Chinese

python支持繁简体转换的库有许多，常用是opencc，但是由于直接安装opencc或是opencc-python现在会遇到许多路径、编译的问题，因此给大家推荐一种安装方式。网址见：https://pypi.org/project/opencc-python-reimplemented/

安装命令：

pip install opencc-python-reimplemented

安装后会显示：

调用库的示例demo：

>>> from opencc import OpenCC
>>> a = '我是中国人'
>>> b = OpenCC('s2t').convert(a)
>>> print(b)
我是中國人

如果是对整个文件进行繁简体转换，需要用到文件读写函数，给出我的一个脚本示例：

以上给出的示例中都是将繁体转换为简体，即’s2t’模式，该库中还支持许多其他模式，如’t2s‘（简体到繁体）、’s2tw’（简体到台湾标准繁体）、’tw2s’（台湾标准简体到繁体）等。

    　　超纯水设备的产水水质是超纯水设备最重要的一点评价因素，超纯水设备有时会出现出水PH值低的情况，那么超纯水设备为什么会出水PH值偏低呢?

    　　1、再生系统不严，阀门损坏，引起酸再生液泄漏，也会使排出酸性水。

    　　2、阴离子树脂被有机物污染，污染阴离子树脂的有机物，常见的是腐殖酸和富里酸，这类有机酸速负电荷、吸附在阴离子树脂上，不仅使阴离子树脂交换容量大为降低，而在一定条件下，有机酸会释放出来，致使出水PH值偏低，电导率增高。

    　　3、阳、阴离子树脂混合不均匀，会引起沉积在下部的阳离子树脂缓慢地释放出残余的酸再生液，使投用初期有酸性水泄漏。因此，树脂混合也是比较重要的操作。超纯水设备离子交换,树脂再生。

    　　4、阴离子树脂被再生酸所污染有三种情况：

    　　第一种情况，阳、阴离子也可能纷层不良是引起阴离子树脂被再生酸污染的一个原因。由于分层不良，阴离子树脂混杂在阳离子树脂中，在阳离子树脂再生时这部分阴离子树脂经常被磨损，或者破碎，使颗粒变小，密度降低，与阴离子树脂相互混杂而难以分离，此时的阴离子树脂就最易被酸污染。

    　　第二种情况是设计上的原因，如中间排水管位置设计偏高，使阴离子树脂在中间排水管的下部，或者由于树脂装填时，阳、阴离子树脂比例不对，少装了阳离子树脂，多装了阴离子树脂。因此也使部分阴离子树脂在再生时受到酸污染。

    　　第三种情况是阴离子树脂的降解和水解，强碱阴离子树脂在使用过程中，强碱基团不断地降解，弱碱基团不断增加，这些弱碱基团与再生剂接触时，形成的盐型弱碱基团，在正洗时，由于PH值上升，弱碱基团会发生水解，并放出酸来，使混床的出水PH值偏低。

      　　实验室超纯水机出水水质的pH值测量，造成其pH值测量的困难。实践中，在低离子强度的样品中获得重复性和稳定的测量结果是困难的。低离子样品，即低碱性，离子强度低，或者低电导率(电导率一般为0.056-10μs/cm)高阻抗，例如去离子水。由于在参考接界中产生变化的接界电位，当测量去离子水时会产生不同的pH值，即使是新的，密封的电极，并且在缓冲标准溶液中得到很好的校正。

      　　为什么需要测量纯水的pH值在纯水的生产过程中，测量纯水可以作为过程污染的指示器。当空气或二氧化碳侵入纯水生产或者分发系统时，将导致pH只的漂移。

      　　选择pH电极

      　　更贵的双接界电极相比传统电极有许多优势，然而，和单接界电极相比，在测量超纯水方面，并没有显现出特别的优势。最好的选择是可重复充填的，液体参考液电极，并由低阻抗玻璃特制。一个流通性参考接界有相对高的流通速率，减少了接界电位。密封的电极，通常是凝胶填充的，其最大优势是长寿命，是因为它的参比溶液的非常慢的流出速率。但是，较快的流出速率是非常适合超纯水的，是由于pH电位可以迅速稳定。

    3. 3

      　　静电干扰

      　　由于超纯水机的导电性非常差，所以它也是一个静电源。这些静电可以在测量pH值时表现出来。为了补偿这些干扰，电极要做特别的屏蔽。这种电极相对来说比较贵，特别为超纯水的pH测量做出特殊的设计。

      　　二氧化碳(CO2)的入侵对于测量的影响

      　　纯水(典型pH7范围)暴露于空气大气中将吸收CO2，直到平衡。CO2将酸化样品，降低pH值。和温度及压力有关，纯水的pH值将下降到6.2。将样品取样到实验室，大气中的CO2将会很快侵入样品中，所以应力求避免。所以将实验室酸度计带到现场进行测量是一个好方法。

    4. 4

      　　纯水的pH和温度的关系

      　　水分子可以认为酸和碱化和而成，可以由下述方程式表示：2H2O«H3O OH-

      　　通常我们说纯水的ph值为7，但是这个是个令人误解的说法。实际上，纯水仅仅在特定的温度下表现为pH为，这个温度为样品的Kw值为1.00x10-14mol2dm-6。为了算出pH，你首先算出氢离子浓度(或氢氧根离子浓度，意义是一样的)，然后转化为pH值。在室温下纯水中其Kw值为：[H ]2=1.00x10-14

      　　在纯水中，氢离子浓度必须等于氢氧根离子浓度。也就是每一个氢离子必然有一个氢氧根离子。即你可以将Kw公式中的[OH-]用[H ]代替：.[H ]=1.00x10-7,也就是：pH=-lg[H ];pH=7。

      　　由于在不同温度下纯水的Kw值不同，因此其pH值不同。

    5. 5

      　　有人说温度增加，pH减小，因此样品变为酸性。这是错误的。因为酸性表现为氢离子的浓度高于氢氧根离子浓度，但实际上温度增加，氢离子和氢氧根离子浓度是一样的，因此纯水温度增加，pH下降，但是依然是中性。

      　　测量要点：

      　　•尽可能采用小量的样品。

      　　•样品温度尽量保持稳定，例如25-30℃之间。

      　　•在样品中添加少量的KCl可以增加离子强度，并改善响应时间。然而，必须使用高纯KCl，低纯度的KCl可能影响pH值。

    一直以来，经常有客户对纯水的PH提出质疑，问题通常有2类，一是测得RO水偏弱酸性（6.0左右），二是测得RODI水（甚至已经达到10M以上的电阻率）亦呈酸性（PH＝6.0左右）。  

    首先，RO水偏弱酸性是正常的，凡是经由RO技术获得的初级纯水基本都呈弱酸性，这是由于自来水中溶解的CO2不能被去除导致的，原理如下：

    CO2在水中溶解，存在上述化学平衡，由于CO2跟水分子大小相当，RO膜无法去除

    气态的CO2，但HCO3-和CO3–却可以被绝大部分去除，产物的大幅度减少会导致化学反应向右移动，另一产物H+浓度会增加，从而导致RO产水的PH下降，体现弱酸性。 

    因此，RO水在某些应用范围会收到限制，但是它仍然符合国家实验室用水标准的三级要求，在CLASS III标准里，允许纯水的PH在5.0-7.5之间，因此在所有要求三级水的应用领域，RO水不乏是理想的选择，RO方法也是公认的纯化手段。受限制的应用包括严格要求PH的领域，比如工业冷却水，弱酸性的RO水有诱发金属管道锈蚀的风险，因此我们通常使用软化水当作冷却水，成本也低，PH也有保障，对于精度很高的设备，也有要求使用10M以上的水做为冷却水的，这当然不用考虑PH问题了（它一定是中性的）。 

    对于水质在10M以上的高纯水而言，测得的PH是酸性的结论是错误的，这与RO水的酸性测量结果完全不同，这个结果是一个典型的方法错误导致。  

    高纯水的PH测量需要特殊的手段和仪表，一般的PH计都是设计用来测试含盐量很高的电解质溶液的，而不适合测量导电性很差，而且极度不饱和的超纯水（极易吸收外界杂质）。如果电阻率仪可靠，当然是无须做这个无谓的PH测量的。 正如在实验室用水的国家标准(GB6682-92)中指出的,对一、二级水不主张测量pH一样,超纯水就更难准确测量了。

    关于超纯水的pH值

    沛亿科技客户服务部经常会接到这样的来电：“我们的超纯水，pH出了问题。本来应该是pH中性的超纯水，经pH计测出来的结果竟然偏酸(或偏碱)，到底水质出了什么问题？ ”， 那么，到底是发生了什么事情呢？

    由于是超纯水，本身缓冲能力特别弱，极其容易受到污染，极容易改变本身的pH值。若在纯水中混入2ppm杂质， pH变化特别明显。例如：混入2ppmNaoH pH 值从7→10，2ppm CO2 pH 值从7→6，2ppm NH3， pH 值从7→7.8，一般实际 pH 测量中，影响主要来自电解液漏到纯水中对pH值的影响和空气中CO2在纯水中溶解后的影响，无论哪种情况，此时测得的结果均不是纯水的pH值。

    18.2MΩ.cm的超纯水其洁净程度达到了极限(总盐类浓度在1ppb以下)，在这种情况之下，留在水中并可以导电的阴阳离子，也只剩下1×10-7M的[H＋]及[OH－]了。这时，空气中二氧化碳的浓度虽然只有0.035%(350ppm)，却能与水产生化学变化，反应式为：CO2 + H2O <–> H2CO3，当超纯水开始曝露在大气下时，二氧化碳的溶解，就无可避免的持续下去，pH会从7(中性)开始持续性的下降，大约在一小时以内，pH值会降至5.7，并还会缓步下降至4.7左右(约需两天)。

    那么，pH值偏碱性又是怎么回事呢？

    一般性的pH计皆设计使用在高离子强度的溶液中，而相对的，超纯水却是极度低离子强度的溶液，实际上，市面上有低离子强度溶液专用的电极及灵敏度高的主机，如果不是使用这类型仪器，pH计读值就会有乱跳的现象，十分难以确认。此外，盐桥阻塞，造成应有功能丧失，导因于电极缺乏保养，而盐桥多是使用疏松多孔的陶磁或铁弗龙材质做成，主要是做为电极内外阴阳离子平衡所用，但因缺乏定期清洁，在低离子强度的溶液下，所测到的超纯水pH多为不合理的偏高，多数在9~11左右，如果遇到这种状况，只要加入一小匙中性盐(KCl)以提高离子在盐桥上的扩散能力，pH值即会在几秒之内掉到7以下，理论上，中性的KCl不会改变pH的，改变的，只是离子强度而已。

    综上所述：

    除了像上面这种惊天大谣言，关于大家生活中饮用水的谣言还有很多，就拿我们最常见的瓶装水来说，天然水都一定是大家想象中养生又健康的矿泉水吗？市面上琳琅满目的“矿泉水”中较为常见的品牌售价从一两块到十几块不等，为什么同样是一个瓶子装满水价格却差了这么多？广为流传的看PH值喝水调节酸碱体质，治疗痛风靠谱吗？常见的苏打水真的是“痛风良药”“养生利器”？小分子团水是不是真的更好？

    既然瓶装水的问题和谣言如此之多，我们就带着这些来自广大网友的灵魂发问，从超市里购买了8种最常见的瓶装饮用水并对它们逐一评测，综合对比，为大家揭开瓶装饮用水的真相，远离“养生”误区~

    为了带给大家更人性化的阅读体验，我们直接将结果前置，然后逐一分析，所以赶时间的朋友可以直接看现在下方的表格，感兴趣的朋友看完表格后可以再看下面的逐个评测，所以我们话不多说直接上表~

    接下来我们有请这8位选手一一登场，他们分别是大自然的搬运工——农夫山泉，华润出品值得信任的——怡宝，水中贵族——百岁山，海拔6000米的雪山水——昆仑山，梵净山的馈赠——屈臣氏梵净灵水，源自阿尔卑斯山的——依云，同样来自阿尔贝斯山但更贵的——依云玻璃瓶装版，PH值高达9.0还有各种口味的——娃哈哈PH9.0苏打水（柠檬味）

    对于每一瓶水我们都进行了PH（酸碱度），TDS（总溶解固体）和品尝测试，接下来我们先逐一了解一下每位选手的实力，揭开它们的庐山真面目~

    农夫山泉（1.5元）：我只是一瓶普通的天然水

    提到农夫山泉，大家最先想到的话一定是“农夫山泉有点儿甜”和“我们不生产水，我们只是大自然的搬运工”这两句耳熟能详的广告语，再看看它瓶身上的饮用天然水字样，让很多人都以为农夫山泉就是最平凡普通且正宗的“矿泉水”，并且在选购瓶装水的时候会格外注意，不买纯净水，只喝“矿泉水”，其实不然，农夫山泉这个浓眉大眼的并不是国家标准定义的“饮用天然矿泉水”而是“饮用天然水”差了“矿泉”两个字。

    饮用天然矿泉水的定义是：从地下深处自然涌出的或经过人工揭露的未受污染的地下矿水，而饮用天然水的定义则是：取自污染较少的地表水或地下水,经过深度过滤及一系列处理工艺净化消毒后制成的水，正常的农夫山泉都是地表水，所以只能叫饮用天然水。

    饮用天然水含有一定量的矿物质,但含量低于饮用天然矿泉水,达不到饮用天然矿泉水的国家标准规定指标,因此称不上是矿泉水，而且农夫山泉之所以有如此低的售价，是因为它的开采成本是要比真正的饮用天然矿泉水要低的。

    接下来我们测试了一下它的PH值，由于农夫山泉有很多个水源地所以PH值的大小也会有一些小误差，我们手上的这瓶的水源地是广东万绿湖，测试结果接近8.0，和官方宣称的7.3到7.8一致，呈弱碱性，由于酸碱性部分在后面还会统一分析，这里就简单阐述一下结果喽~

    之后我们又取样进行了TDS测试，数值在37mg/L，属于一较低的水平，也可见农夫山泉的矿物质含量确实要比饮用天然矿泉水要低很多的，而在口感方面，农夫山泉入口不算柔和，中规中矩，有矿物质的味道，这个味道应该就是广告中的有点甜吧~

    怡宝（2.0元）：纯净水真的没有坏处！当然也没啥好处

    说完了农夫山泉我们就说说另一款上镜率和它一样高的瓶装水——怡宝。

    作为一瓶纯净水，稍微有一点常识的人都不会把它当成传说中的“矿泉水”，因为纯净水就是来源于符合生活饮用水卫生标准的自来水经过适当地加工制成、里面不含任何添加物，无色透明，不含有益或有害的物质，市场上的太空水、蒸馏水都属于纯净水。

    但作为纯净水的代表它也有很多争论，最著名的当属“纯净水流失营养论”但其实各大权威媒体已经辟谣过很多次了，人体微量元素的流失，和自然条件、年龄、运动量、体质等有关，水在人体内主要作用是促进人体新陈代谢，不会引起营养的流失，所以即使纯净水不含任何的矿物质，也不会因为水质过软而带走人体内的矿物质。

    同样，我们也测试了一下它的PH值，测试结果为5.0左右，呈酸性，由于它的瓶身并没有标注PH值，所以得出这个结论也毫不意外，但是酸性水真的对人体有很大坏处吗？答案是否定的，但具体原因我们放到后面再说。

    理论上来讲由于怡宝是纯净水，所以它的TDS值应该为0，但由于我们的测试仪器有微小的误差，所以测试仪的示数为1mg/L，由于是超软水的原因，它的口感相对来说很直白，相比其他瓶装水来说刺激性要强很多，长期喝这种水会让你对饮单纯的水产生厌倦。

    百岁山（3.0元）：这个贵族一点也不贵

    提到百岁山这个后起之秀，大家对它印象最深刻的怕不是味道，而是独特的包装和令人费解的广告，其实它才是正宗的“矿泉水”，而且它还是市面上价格相对最低的几款饮用天然矿泉水之一，所以别看它号称水中贵族，其实它的价格并不算贵，它的水源全部来自惠州市罗浮山脉百岁山，所以也因此得名。

    我们对百岁山取样并进行了PH值检测，PH值竟然在6.0左右呈弱酸性，我们在瓶身上找了一圈也没有发现PH值的踪迹，看来非弱碱性水的瓶身上都不会特殊标注PH值啊~

    随后我们对它进行了TDS值检测，测出百岁山的TDS值为26mg/L，甚至还不如身为饮用天然水的农夫山泉，结果很意外，它的口感比较接近于农夫山泉，都有矿物的回甘味。

    昆仑山（5.0元）：品质与口感俱佳的雪山矿泉水

    昆仑山作为市面上常见的雪山水之一，当然也属于饮用天然矿泉水，在饮用水界，雪山矿泉水是级别最高的，它更是取自青海昆仑山高海拔的天然好水，它还是传说中最理想的饮用水类型——弱碱性小分子团水。

    从我们的检测结果可以看出昆仑山的PH值为9.5左右，是绝对的碱性水，比官方宣称的7.0到8.5的数值还要高，令人惊讶。

    在TDS检测中昆仑山更是测出了高达272mg/L的惊人数值，可见昆仑山雪山矿泉水矿物质含有丰富的矿物质，而在口感上昆仑山则比较柔和，像在喝白开水一样很舒服，也很解渴。

    屈臣氏梵净灵水（6.0元）：最标准的饮用天然矿泉水

    这款水听说过的人就比较少了，但屈臣氏的鼎鼎大名还是无人不知的，它出的饮用天然矿泉水品质自然应该信得过，这款水的水源来自贵州黔东灵山梵净山，开采以及水质的标准都是非常典型的饮用天然矿泉水。

    仔细观察终于找到了官方宣称的PH值——7.2到8.5（这里要吐槽一下，屈臣氏你好歹是个大公司，能不能把包装设计重新调整一下，这种反人类的设计是在太恶心了），我们实际测量的值也在8.0左右，达到了弱碱性水的标准。

    我们用仪器测量屈臣氏梵净灵水的TDS值为155mg/L，从数值上可以看出屈臣氏梵净灵水的矿物质含量很丰富，是非常标准的饮用天然矿泉水，它的口感也很复合是介于百岁山和昆仑山之间的一种口感偏柔和，略有矿物味道，喜欢的朋友可以一试。

    依云(塑料包装：12.5元 玻璃包装：15元）：法国的昆仑山

    依云可以说是闻名世界的一个饮用天然矿泉水品牌，无论是在各种营销书籍还是影视剧作品中都有它的身影，产自阿尔卑斯山脚下也让它给人留下了北欧纯净的印象，世界各地都有人把它当做“药水”“长寿水”，它甚至还可以作为天然的保湿喷雾售卖，可见大家有多热爱依云。

    这种法国原装进口的饮用天然水刚进入中国市场时过高的售价还是让许多中国的消费者望而却步，直到近几年才开始降低售价逐渐被大家接受~（但是它其实就是法国的“昆仑山”，关于它售价的故事我们也会在后面详细讲讲）

    我们这次评测的这两瓶水本以为会在水源或者水质上有差别结果并没有，差价2.5元都差在瓶子的材料上了，但我们还是在玻璃瓶装的依云中发现了一些异样，塑料瓶版本的看上去与正常市场上其他瓶装水没有什么不同，而玻璃瓶中的水中会有一些类似水垢样的絮片状物，应该是瓶身上说明的的矿物沉淀，但看上去还是有一些不敢喝。

    不论多神的水该测我们还是要测，我们分别测试了两种包装的依云饮用天然水，它们的PH值均在8.0到9.0左右，都是碱性水无疑，但玻璃瓶的不知是不是因为保存的方式问题要比塑料包装的碱性更强一些。

    老规矩，第二步仍然是测量TDS值，经过我们的测量发现依云塑料包装版的TDS值为291mg/L，而玻璃瓶装的TDS值为298mg/L，两者相差不大，但从TDS数值上看，已经占据了我们这个评测的前两位，可见依云矿物质的含量之丰富，谈到口感，其实依云的口感与昆仑山的很像，都是很柔和的像白开水一样的口感，这也就不意外它为什么叫“法国的昆仑山”了~

    __娃哈哈PH9.0苏打水（柠檬味 4.5元）：有食品添加剂的苏打水饮品

    其实这瓶水已经不属于简单的饮用水的范畴了，我之所以把它加进来是原因有三点，第一点是有很多追求健康的朋友普通。水喝腻了就喝这样的苏打水来代替饮料，第二点是很多“酸性体质”尿酸高或者是患有痛风的朋友想靠喝它来治病，第三点就是我们之前关于气泡水的文章也提到了它，并且还发现了它并不呈碱性的矛盾问题。

    现在市面上的苏打水琳琅满目，我们在气泡水苏打水横评里已经体验了很多，所以今天就不再赘述了，直接就拿最有代表性的娃哈哈苏打水来说，首先它不是天然苏打水，所以我们要着重看一下配料表，配料相比正常饮料来说是相当简洁了，只有水，安赛蜜，小苏打和食用香精这四样，我们这次之所以标明口味是因为上次那瓶的味道并不相同，而且配料也多了一个玫瑰花糖浆类的添加剂。

    这次我们测量娃哈哈PH9.0苏打水（柠檬味）的PH值为9.0左右，与上次的结论恰恰相反，与厂家的标注基本相同，这样我们也推断出了上次对比试验出现酸性的原因，那就是多出的这个玫瑰味的添加剂让饮品的PH值发生了改变，所以想喝碱性水的朋友们记得要买柠檬味的哦~

    这款饮品的TDS值为80mg/L，但这其实不是矿物质的含量而是添加剂造成的，而这个水的口感确实不错，柔和甘甜，只是香精味有点重，因为有甜味，所以和普通水进行对比就是开挂，这也是为什么注意健康的朋友会拿它代替饮料的原因。

    选手们都出场过后，我们就可以回过头来解答最初的五个问题了~

    问题一：天然水是矿泉水吗？

    答：不一定

    本次横评我们采用了专业水质检测的套装来进行检测，我们采用了TDS检测计对这上面的瓶装水进行了检测，得出了下面的矿质含量排行。

    矿物质含量对比：依云饮用天然矿泉水（玻璃瓶）>依云饮用天然矿泉水（塑料瓶）>昆仑山饮用天然矿泉水>屈臣氏梵净灵水饮用天然矿泉水>农夫山泉饮用天然水>百岁山饮用天然矿泉水>怡宝纯净水

    从上面的分析中我们知道瓶装水有饮用纯净水，饮用矿物质水，饮用天然水，饮用天然矿泉水之分，如果你想买到真正意义上的矿泉水，请购买饮用天然矿泉水。

    问题二：“矿泉水”价格为什么会差这么多？

    答：开采，进出口，运输三方面原因

    我们本次购买的瓶装水最便宜的是农夫山泉售价仅为1.5元，而最贵的依云玻璃瓶装售价15元，足足差了10倍，他们两者的主要差价在于运输成本和进出口的税费，因为依云其实在欧洲的售价换算成人民币都要比农夫山泉便宜，而最开始依云进入中国定位极高，售价也是不菲，随着最近几年越来越多的进口水进入中国市场，依云的价格才开始下探。

    而其他定价在3到6元的饮用天然矿泉水由于开采成本也是要比农夫山泉这种饮用天然水高的，所以才造成了差价。

    问题三：看PH值喝水调节酸碱体质，治疗痛风靠谱吗？

    答：不靠谱

    首先，水的PH值规定最早是为了防止腐蚀水管而定下的，跟健康饮水没有半毛钱关系，世界卫生组织的研究表明：PH建议值不是基于健康风险基础，而是水处理和输送中的重要参数，最佳值为6.6—9.5，饮用水的值对健康没有显著影响。

    其次，酸碱体质其实也是一个伪命题，因为人不同的体液的pH值是不尽相同的。对于健康人群来说，我们的血液总是能够将pH值稳定在7.35-7.45这样的范围以内。而唾液pH值是6.0-7.5。胃酸则属于强酸。而且在2018年的11月2日，美国的“人体酸碱体质理论”之父罗伯特·欧·杨被美国法庭判处赔偿1.05亿美元，并当庭承认“酸碱体质理论”是个骗局。

    现在饮用水标定PH值的作用一方面是强调水的口感，另一方面是为特殊人群提供一个小参考，比如痛风或高尿酸血症患者要碱化尿液促进尿酸的分解和排泄，可以通过饮用碱性水的方法，但碱性水只是辅助患者排出尿酸的方法，并不能治疗痛风。

    我们也是用了PH试剂对所有参与测试的瓶装水进行了PH值的检测，结果如下，标绿部分皆为碱性水。

    pH值大小比较：昆仑山>娃哈哈PH9.0苏打水（柠檬味 ）>依云>屈臣氏梵净灵水>农夫山泉>7.0>百岁山>怡宝

    问题四：常见的苏打水真的是“痛风良药”“养生利器”？

    答：不是

    常见的苏打水一般都是人工合成的苏打水饮品，大多数都是添加了很多甜味剂和食用香精的，甚至有一些苏打水饮品由于某些添加剂的原因都不呈现碱性，如之前测的娃哈哈PH9.0苏打水（玫瑰味 ）

    如果正常人拿它来代替平时的饮用水非但不养生反而还有害，碱性的苏打水虽然对痛风和高尿酸血症患者有帮助，但这类患者每天至少需要饮用2000ml的水才能正常的代谢掉尿酸，饮用大的量食用添加剂和香精反而会对健康造成威胁，如过量食用安赛蜜会引起血小板减少导致急性大出血。

    所以痛风和高尿酸血症患者还是饮用不含添加剂或天然的苏打水，碱性水为好，但最重要的还是要多饮水促进尿酸代谢。

    问题五：小分子团水是不是真的更好？

    答：不是

    小分子水”的准确说法是“小分子团簇水”，是对水分子微观结构的描述，打个比方就是一群挨得近的水分子手拉手在一起组成了以“家庭”为单位的群体。这个概念存在于学术研究的课题中，目前尚无统一的量化指标及测量方法，因此离市场推广阶段还有很长的距离。

    而且，分子团水的测定方法缺乏科学手段进行定量分析，至今也没有令人信服的临床医学报告和科学鉴定，证实“小分子团簇水”对人体健康有额外的好处。而人体的消化吸收是非常复杂的过程，“小分子团簇水”是否可以提高人体免疫力、改善慢性病甚至抗癌等都有待进一步验证。

    更值得一提的是，国家早就发布了相关文件表示不认可“小分子团水”

    酷暑难耐，饮用水成为夏天最畅销的快消品，你知道选择哪种品牌的饮用水最好吗？

    近日，记者对市面上的9种品牌饮用水做了一个酸碱度（pH值）测试。结果显示，标注为天然矿泉水的百岁山和昆仑山的pH值最低，呈弱酸性。专家表示，大自然中的天然饮用水一般都是弱碱性。

    9种饮用水pH值差异大

    8月15日，记者从超市购买了9种品牌的矿泉水，来到长沙某高校实验室，请实验员对这9种品牌的饮用水做了pH值测试。

    实验名称：瓶装饮用水pH值测试

    实验时间：8月15日10:50-11:40

    实验器材：9瓶饮用水、透明塑料杯、pH计、精密pH试纸(pH7.6-8.5)、100ml烧杯、玻璃棒

    实验步骤：

    1、将9瓶水从左到右依次摆放，并取9个透明塑料杯与之编号对应；

    2、将9瓶水各取50ml倒入对应塑料杯中搅拌均匀，待液面稳定后，用pH计检测并记录；

    3、将步骤2重复3次取值后，取其平均数；

    4、使用精密pH试纸测试9瓶水的酸碱度。

    实验结果：超市购买的9瓶饮用水，有2瓶的pH值均值低于7.0，分布区间为6.8-6.9；其余7瓶pH值均值高于7.0，分布区间为7.0-8.3。9瓶饮用水酸碱度差异大，最低为6.8，最高为8.3；

    In its purest form, water has a pH of 7, which is at the exact center of the pH scale. Particles in the water can change the pH of the water, and most water for use has a pH of somewhere between 6.5 and 8.5.

    There are some important things to understand about the pH scale and how it relates to water. For instance, it is possible that drinking alkaline drinks may offer some health benefits.

    What is pH?

    The pH of water may vary depending on the particles in the liquid.

    In chemistry, pH is a measurement of the concentration of hydrogen ions in a water-based solution. A lower pH means that there are more hydrogen ions in the liquid, whereas a higher pH indicates fewer hydrogen ions in the liquid.

    In simple terms, pH is a scale from 1 to 14 that measures the acidity or alkalinity of a liquid. In the middle of the scale is pure distilled water, with a neutral pH of 7. Anything with a pH below 7 is an acid, and anything with a pH above 7 is an alkali, or base.

    To use everyday examples, vinegar is very acidic, with a pH of about 2. Conversely, bleach is highly alkaline, with a pH of about 13.5.

    Importantly, this scale only applies to water-based liquids.

    How does pH affect water?

    pH plays an important role in the properties of a liquid containing water.

    For instance, the pH of water may make certain elements in it, such as minerals and metals, more or less available to the body. Heavy metals in water with a lower pH tend to be more toxic, as they are more available to the body. A high pH would make heavy metals less available, and, therefore, less toxic.

    The pH may also be a sign of other contaminants or bacterial life in a liquid. In general, a very high or very low pH can make water unusable for certain applications.

    For instance, hard water is the common term for water containing a lot of minerals. These minerals make the water very alkaline. As the water passes through pipes and machines that use water, such as dishwashers or showers, these minerals stick to both the pipes and each other, leading to mineral buildup.

    Mineral buildup can cause various issues with water in the home, such as making detergents and soaps less effective. It can also lead to reduced water pressure or even blockages.

    On the other hand, water with a low pH may corrode metal pipes and extract metal ions into the water, making it harmful to drink or use in the home.

    Most of the time, water that providers intend for use or drinking will stay closer to the neutral point of 7, although it may still vary slightly. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommend keeping the pH between 6.5 and 8.5 in drinking water, and many states in the United States choose to enforce these levels.

    Risks and benefits of acid vs. alkali

    Drinking water and other water-based drinks of varying pH levels may play a role in a few different health factors.

    Alkaline water and other alkaline products have gained popularity in recent years, becoming a new health trend. According to advocates of alkaline drinks, acidic environments in the body cause several chronic illnesses, which they claim could not persist in an alkaline environment.

    The thinking behind this is that drinking alkaline water helps the body itself to become more alkaline, which will treat a number of illnesses, including cancer.

    However, there is little evidence to back up these claims. While drinking alkaline water may temporarily affect the pH of the mouth or urine, there is no scientific proof that it will change the overall pH of the body.

    The body strictly regulates its pH levels. Changes in the body’s internal pH, such as blood pH, can mean serious problems in the organs and tissues. So, if it were possible to change the body’s pH using food and drink, it would be dangerous to do so.

    However, alkaline water may still be helpful for some people. In general, alkaline water tends to be more alkaline because it has minerals and electrolytes in it. Due to this, drinking this water after a workout or while sick may help keep minerals and electrolytes balanced and prevent dehydration.

    Additionally, the findings of a smaller studyTrusted Source suggest that people with acid reflux disease may benefit from drinking alkaline water with a pH of 8.8. The researchers found that alkaline water appears to permanently inactivate an enzyme that plays a role in heartburn, which may reduce symptoms.

    Researchers have also found that drinking water with a pH of 8.5–10Trusted Source may be beneficial for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) whose primary symptom is diarrhea. The people who drank water with a pH of 8.5–10 had higher self-reported quality-of-life scores after 8 weeks than those who did not.

    However, these are small studies, and more human studies are necessary to back up these initial results.

    How to conduct a pH test

    Labs generally use an electronic pH meter to measure pH accurately. However, it is possible to get a rough estimate of pH using litmus paper. Litmus paper is widely available online and in some stores, such as health food stores and pet supply stores.

    Litmus paper is a sensitive strip of paper that changes color when it touches water-based liquids. The change in color can give a rough estimate of the pH of the liquid. A person should keep in mind, though, that these are rough estimates and that the actual pH of a liquid can still vary from what the litmus paper says.

    No, you don’t often hear your local news broadcaster say “Folks, today’s pH value of Dryville Creek is 6.3!” But pH is quite an important measurement of water. Maybe for a science project in school you took the pH of water samples in a chemistry class … and here at the U.S. Geological Survey we take a pH measurement whenever water is studied. Not only does the pH of a stream affect organisms living in the water, a changing pH in a stream can be an indicator of increasing pollution or some other environmental factor.

    pH is a measure of how acidic/basic water is. The range goes from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. pHs of less than 7 indicate acidity, whereas a pH of greater than 7 indicates a base. pH is really a measure of the relative amount of free hydrogen and hydroxyl ions in the water. Water that has more free hydrogen ions is acidic, whereas water that has more free hydroxyl ions is basic. Since pH can be affected by chemicals in the water, pH is an important indicator of water that is changing chemically. pH is reported in “logarithmic units”. Each number represents a 10-fold change in the acidity/basicness of the water. Water with a pH of five is ten times more acidic than water having a pH of six.

    Importance of pH

    The pH of water determines the solubility (amount that can be dissolved in the water) and biological availability (amount that can be utilized by aquatic life) of chemical constituents such as nutrients (phosphorus, nitrogen, and carbon) and heavy metals (lead, copper, cadmium, etc.). For example, in addition to affecting how much and what form of phosphorus is most abundant in the water, pH also determines whether aquatic life can use it. In the case of heavy metals, the degree to which they are soluble determines their toxicity. Metals tend to be more toxic at lower pH because they are more soluble.     As this diagram shows, pH ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. pHs less than 7 are acidic while pHs greater than 7 are alkaline (basic). Normal rainfall has a pH of about 5.6—slightly acidic due to carbon dioxide gas from the atmosphere. You can see that acid rain can be very acidic, and it can affect the environment in a negative way.

    Measuring pH

    The U.S. Geological Survey analyzes hundreds of thousands of water samples every year. Many measurements are made right at the field site, and many more are made on water samples back at the lab. pH is an important water measurement, which is often measured both at the sampling site and in the lab. There are large and small models of pH meters. Portable models are available to take out in the field and larger models, such as this one, are used in the lab.

    To use the pH meter in the photograph below, the water sample is placed in the cup and the glass probe at the end of the retractable arm is placed in the water. Inside the thin glass bulb at the end of the probe there are two electrodes that measure voltage. One electrode is contained in a liquid that has a fixed acidity, or pH. The other electrode responds to the acidity of the water sample. A voltmeter in the probe measures the difference between the voltages of the two electrodes. The meter then translates the voltage difference into pH and displays it on the little screen on the main box.

    Before taking a pH measurement, the meter must be “calibrated.” The probe is immersed in a solution that has a known pH, such as pure water with a neutral pH of 7.0. The knobs on the box are used to adjust the displayed pH value to the known pH of the solution, thus calibrating the meter.

    Taking pH at home or school

    One of the most popular school science projects is to take the pH of water from different sources. Chances are your school (and certainly not you) does not have an electronic pH meter lying around, but you can still get an estimate of pH by using litmus paper. Litmus paper, which can be found at pet-supply stores (to check the pH of aquariums) is simply a strip of paper that, when a sample of water is dropped onto it, turns a certain color, giving a rough estimate of pH.

    pH and water quality

    Excessively high and low pHs can be detrimental for the use of water. High pH causes a bitter taste, water pipes and water-using appliances become encrusted with deposits, and it depresses the effectiveness of the disinfection of chlorine, thereby causing the need for additional chlorine when pH is high. Low-pH water will corrode or dissolve metals and other substances.

    Pollution can change a water’s pH, which in turn can harm animals and plants living in the water. For instance, water coming out of an abandoned coal mine can have a pH of 2, which is very acidic and would definitely affect any fish crazy enough to try to live in it! By using the logarithm scale, this mine-drainage water would be 100,000 times more acidic than neutral water – so stay out of abandoned mines.

    Variation of pH across the United States

    The pH of precipitation, and water bodies, vary widely across the United States. Natural and human processes determine the pH of water. The National Atmospheric Deposition Program has developed maps showing pH patterns, such as the one below showing the spatial pattern of the pH of precipitation at field sites for 2002. You should be aware that this contour map was developed using the pH measurements at the specific sampling locations; thus, the contours and isolines were created using interpolation between data points. You should not necessarily use the map to document the pH at other particular map locations, but rather, use the map as a general indicator of pH throughout the country.

    在linux下使用QQ等流行的windows软件一直是国内很多linux用户的需求，之前要实现这个需求用户往往需要对wine进行很多繁琐的配置，但即使这样最后跑出来的软件也是功能残缺的，只能满足最基本的使用需求。深度操作系统的开发人员在这方面做出了很多卓越的工作，在深度操作系统上提供了一批几乎完美的使用wine来执行的windows软件，包括QQ，TIM，迅雷，百度云等。将这些软件从深度移植到其他发行版是可行的，但是依据发行版的不同要做很多繁琐的操作，容易出错，并且不易于进行管理。
    Flatpak是一个发行版无关的下一代linux软件打包格式，只需打包一次就可以在不同的发行版上方便的安装和执行，当然完全的发行版无关是很难实现的，发行版的不同也会导致flatpak软件的行为有所不同，但终究要强于传统打包方式。
    本项目提供了一种使用flatpak打包深度基于wine的windows应用的方式，可以实现一次打包，到处运行，并且管理方便，兼容性好。

    检查文件来源

    将深度的deepinwine应用打包成flatpak格式使用了从深度软件仓库提取的二进制文件，为了防止文件的原始链接随着应用仓库的更新失效，我把所使用的二进制文件存放到了我的gitee仓库（即[已打包的应用]中的二进制文件仓库）。为了保证你的数据安全，请你在安装前始终检查仓库中的这些二进制文件是否与原始来源的文件相同。除了二进制文件之外其余文件均是字体文件（font.tar.xz）或者简单的文本文件，也请检查这些文件的内容是否有异常。在仓库中的urls文件中提供了这些二进制文件的原始链接，你可以通过如下步骤进行检查，以com.deepin.wine的[二进制仓库]为例：

    1. 下载仓库

    git clone --depth=1 https://gitee.com/wsgalaxy/com.deepin.wine.git
    cd com.deepin.wine

    下载原始来源文件

    计算二进制文件的sha256sum

    对于有linux使用经验，且对安全十分看重的人，推荐在检查二进制文件来源之后，使用构建文件自行构建安装。

    我为[已打包的应用]提供了已经构建好的安装包，如果你不想自己通过构建文件自行构建，可以使用已经构建好的安装包直接安装。你首先需要下载对应的安装包，以com.deepin.wine.Platform.2.18.1.flatpak为例：
    在安装包的同一目录中打开终端
    flatpak install --user ./com.deepin.wine.Platform.2.18.1.flatpak

    安装顺序及注意事项

    无论你已哪种方式安装，都要遵循一定的安装顺序：运行时 com.deepin.wine.Platform 必须第一个安装，之后安装对应的应用，如安装TIM的话就安装 com.tencent.tim，然后再根据需要安装应用对应的扩展，如TIM对应的 fcitx 支持扩展是 com.tencent.tim.ext.fcitx、对应的KDE支持扩展是 com.tencent.tim.ext.xsettingsd。
    只在你使用的是fcitx而无法输入中文的情况下安装fcitx扩展，如果你使用的是ibus输入法请不要安装该扩展；
    只在你使用的是KDE桌面而无法启动应用的情况下安装xsettingsd扩展，切记不要在gnome环境下安装xsettingsd扩展，否则可能导致桌面异常。

    运行应用可以使用应用菜单的图标直接启动，或者使用命令行flatpak run APPID运行，如运行 com.tencent.tim：

    安装完之后的第一次执行建议使用命令行，迅雷 com.xunlei.thunderspeed 和百度云 com.baidu.pan 第一次执行必须使用命令行，并在命令的提示中输入 y 回车，之后才能通过应用菜单启动。

    卸载

    使用flatpak run APPID -h可以查看帮助。
    卸载时，需要先删除wine容器，再卸载应用和扩展，当所有的deepinwine应用卸载完后，才可以卸载运行时：
    卸载 com.tencent.tim 以及对应的fcitx和xsettingsd扩展
    flatpak run com.tencent.tim -e
    flatpak remove com.tencent.tim
    flatpak remove com.tencent.tim.ext.fcitx
    flatpak remove com.tencent.tim.ext.xsettingsd

    所有deepinwine应用都卸载后，卸载运行时：

    常见问题

    • 应用无法启动

    尝试使用flatpak run APPID -r来重新解压运行时，当询问时回答y。

    • fcitx安装扩展之后仍无法启用

    安装扩展后使用flatpak kill APPID终结应用后重新启动，在输入前注意确保fcitx已是中文输入模式（通过点击fcitx图标切换）

    • 即使没有安装fcitx扩展但无法使用ibus

    如果你同时安装了fcitx和ibus，请卸载fcitx然后重新启动。

    Use flatpak to install QQ under Fedora

    Flatpak overview

    ​ Snaps was developed by Canonical for Ubuntu, and then ported to other Linux distributions, such as Arch, Gentoo, Fedora, etc. Since a snap package contains the binary files of the software and all the dependencies and libraries it needs, it is possible to install the software on any Linux distribution regardless of the software version. Similar to Snaps, there is also a tool called Flatpak. Perhaps you already know how time-consuming and complicated it is to package and distribute applications for different Linux distributions, because different Linux distributions have different libraries and different versions of the libraries. Now, Flatpak as a new framework for distributing desktop applications allows developers to completely get rid of these burdens. Developers only need to build a Flatpak app to install and use on multiple distributions. This is really cool and awesome!

    ​ Users also don’t have to worry about libraries and dependencies at all, everything is packaged with the app. More importantly, Flatpak apps have their own sandbox and are isolated from other parts of the host operating system. By the way, Flatpak also has a great feature, which allows users to install multiple versions of the same application in the same system, such as VLC player version 2.1, 2.2, 2.3. This makes it more convenient for developers to test multiple versions of the same software.

    In this article, we will guide you how to install Flatpak in GNU/Linux.

    Install Flatpak

    ​ Flatpak can be installed and used on most mainstream Linux distributions, such as Arch Linux, Debian, Fedora, Gentoo, Red Hat, Linux Mint, openSUSE, Solus, Mageia and Ubuntu.

    Arch Linux

    On Arch Linux, use this command to install Flatpak:

    $ sudo pacman -S flatpak

    Debian

    For Debian users, Flatpak is included in the default software source for Stretch or later. To install Flatpak, execute directly:

    $ sudo apt install flatpak

    Fedora

    For Fedora users, Flatpak is the software installed by default in the distribution. You can skip this step directly.

    If for some reason it is not installed, you can execute:

    $ sudo dnf install flatpak

    RHEL

    For RHEL 7 users, the command to install Flatpak is:

    $ sudo yum install flatpak

    If you are using Linux Mint 18.3, then Flatpat is also installed by default with the system, so skip this step.

    OpenSUSE

    In openSUSE Tumbleweed, use Zypper package management to install Flatpak:

    $ sudo zypper install flatpak

    Ubuntu

    For Ubuntu, you need to add the following software source to install Flatpak, the command is as follows:

    $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:alexlarsson/flatpak

    $ sudo apt update

    $ sudo apt install flatpak

    Flatpak plugin installation

    Gnome provides a Flatpak plug-in, install it and you can use the graphical interface to install the Flatpak app. The plug-in installation command is:

    $ sudo apt install gnome-software-plugin-flatpak

    Start using Flatpak

    Many popular applications support Flatpak installation, such as Gimp, Kdenlive, Steam, Spotify, Visual Sudio Code, etc.

    Let me learn the basic operation commands of flatpak together.

    1. we need to add a remote warehouse.

    Add software repository

    Add Flathub repository:

    Flathub is a repository that contains almost all flatpak applications. Run this command to enable it:

    $ sudo flatpak remote-add –if-not-exists flathubhttps://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

    (The URL of the relevant website is:https://flathub.org/home)

    For popular applications, Flathub can already meet the demand. If you want to try GNOME applications, you can add the GNOME repository.

    Add the GNOME repository:

    The GNOME repository includes all GNOME core applications. It provides two versions: stable and nightly.

    Use the following command to add the GNOME stable release repository:

    $ wgethttps://sdk.gnome.org/keys/gnome-sdk.gpg

    $ sudo flatpak remote-add –gpg-import=gnome-sdk.gpg –if-not-exists gnome-appshttps://sdk.gnome.org/repo-apps/

    It should be noted that the applications in the GNOME stable version warehouse require the 3.20 version of the org.gnome.Platform runtime environment.

    To install the stable runtime environment, please execute:

    $ sudo flatpak remote-add –gpg-import=gnome-sdk.gpg gnomehttps://sdk.gnome.org/repo/

    If you want to use the daily build version of the GNOME repository, use the following command:

    Similarly, the daily build version of the GNOME repository also requires the daily build version of the org.gnome.Platform runtime environment.

    Execute the following command to install the runtime environment of the daily build version:

    $ sudo flatpak remote-add –gpg-import=nightly.gpg gnome-nightlyhttps://sdk.gnome.org/nightly/repo/

    View software repository

    To view the software repositories that have been added, execute the following command:

    $ flatpak remotes

    Name Options

    As you can see, the above command will list the software repositories you have added to the system. In addition, the execution results also indicate whether the software warehouse configuration is per-user or system-wide.

    Delete software warehouse

    To delete software repositories, such as flathub, use this command:

    $ sudo flatpak remote-delete flathub

    Here flathub is the name of the software repository.

    Install Flatpak app

    In this section, we will learn how to install the flatpak application.

    To install an application, just one command can be completed:

    $ sudo flatpak install flathub com.spotify.Client

    All applications in the stable version of the GNOME software repository use “stable” as the version name.

    For example, to install the stable version of Evince from the stable version of the GNOME software repository, execute:

    $ sudo flatpak install gnome-apps org.gnome.Evince stable

    All applications in the daily build version of the GNOME repository use “master” as the version name.

    For example, to install every build of gedit from the daily build GNOME software repository, execute:

    $ sudo flatpak install gnome-nightly-apps org.gnome.gedit master

    If you don’t want the application to be installed at the system-wide level, but only at the per-user level, then you can install the software like this:

    $ flatpak install –user

    All applications will be stored in the $HOME/.var/app/directory.

    $ ls $HOME/.var/app/

    com.spotify.Client

    Execute Flatpak application

    You can directly use the application launcher to run the installed Flatpak application. If you want to start from the command line, take Spotify as an example, execute the following command:

    $ flatpak run com.spotify.Client

    List installed Flatpak apps

    To view the installed applications and runtime environment, execute:

    $ flatpak list

    To view only installed applications, use this command:

    $ flatpak list –app

    List the apps that can be installed in the software warehouse

    If you want to query the installable programs and installable runtime environment in the added software warehouse, use the command:

    $ flatpak remote-ls

    The command to list only installable applications is:

    $ flatpak remote-ls –app

    Query all installable applications and runtime environments in the specified remote warehouse. Here, taking gnome-apps as an example, execute the command:

    $ flatpak remote-ls gnome-apps

    Only the installable applications are listed, here is flathub as an example:

    $ flatpak remote-ls flathub –app

    Update application

    To update all Flatpak applications, execute:

    $ flatpak update

    Update the specified Flatpak application and execute:

    $ flatpak update com.spotify.Client

    Get app details

    Execute the following command to view the details of the installed application:

    2014年由英国、法国、美国、中国等多国科学家发表在《美国感染控制杂志》上的一篇论文，研究了甲型H1N1流感病毒在4种常见物体表面的存活期限。研究者针对家庭中的木头、不锈钢、塑料和织物表面进行了多点取样分析。结果显示，木质表面是这种病毒的最佳“温床”，病毒可持续48小时保持感染能力；病毒在不锈钢和塑料表面的存活时间一般为24小时左右；依附于织物表面的病毒存活时间最短，病毒活性在8小时内会迅速下降为零。

    2016年发表在美国《应用与环境微生物学》杂志上的另一篇论文更细致地研究了在不同环境条件下，H1N1流感病毒在不锈钢表面的存活情况。研究显示，流感病毒在不锈钢表面最长竟可存活7天并依然具备传染能力。该研究证明了流感病毒在非渗透性表面的“超长待机时间”。

    英国国民保健制度网站还说，流感病毒可以飞沫形式在空气中存活数小时，低温会增加其存活能力。不过，流感病毒在手上存活时间很短，大约5分钟手上的病毒数量就会降到很低水平。

    新型冠状病毒

    新型冠状病毒在体外可以存活多长时间？官方没有给出标准答案。但科学家对2003年非典期间SARS冠状病毒在体外存活的时间，有一定的参考价值。

    《华盛顿邮报》2003年5月刊登的一篇文章介绍说，SARS病毒可以在人体外的普通表面存活数小时，在人体常见的三种排泄物（痰、粪便、尿液）和血液中，非典病毒能长时间保持活力，在24℃条件下，在痰中和粪便中存活约5天，在尿液中存活约10天，血液中可存活15天。

    SARS病毒对温度敏感，在0℃时可以无限期存活。随着温度的升高，病毒存活能力显著下降。无血清培养条件下，37℃可以存活4天，56℃加热90分钟、75℃加热30分钟能够杀死病毒。

    相比SARS病毒，新型冠状病毒更容易被高温杀死。56℃加热30分钟即可使新型冠状病毒全部灭活，在室温25℃左右时，新型冠状病毒很快会丧失传染性。但现在是冬季，病毒在体外存活的时间会更长。

    SARS病毒能不能通过包裹传播呢？研究者模拟了一种情况，一个包含病毒的大呼吸飞沫（体积为5µL；半径为1mm）掉到干燥的纸上，即使病毒浓度高达10⁴TCID50/mL（TCID50是指组织培养物/细胞半数致死剂量），纸张在5分钟以内就不再具有传染性了。美国CDC关于新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）的常见问答中也指出，冠状病毒在物体表面的生存能力较差，因此包裹散布病毒的风险很低。

    此外，阳光、紫外线等都会对病毒的活性起到一定的抑制作用，所以，在实际环境中病毒的存活时间也不会很久。如此次的新型冠状病毒在白天相对干燥的天气里，存活时间一般不会超过2分钟。

    冠状病毒

    • 冠状病毒传播主要通过呼吸道大颗粒飞沫（咳嗽或打喷嚏），大颗粒飞沫不能在空气中保持悬浮，因此传播距离较短（小于6英尺，约1.8米）。1

    • 冠状病毒可以依附于物体表面，但不会存活超过数小时（美国CDC说法）2，可能是4小时，不过24小时仍可检测到病毒。3

    普通感冒病毒

    • 与冠状病毒相似，感冒病毒主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播。4

    • 在室内的物体表面，感冒病毒有时可以存活7天以上，在不锈钢和塑料表面的存活时间长，在编织物和纸巾表面存活时间短。即使如此，感冒病毒导致感染的能力快速下降，通常不会存活超过24小时。4

    • 大部分感冒病毒在手的表面存活时间短，一些只能存活几分钟。但40%的鼻病毒在手上1小时后仍有感染力。4

    • 呼吸道合胞病毒，在厨房操作台或者门把手上可以存活6小时，在衣服上可以存活30-40分钟，在皮肤表面可以存活20分钟。4

    流感病毒

    • 与冠状病毒和普通感冒病毒相似，流感病毒主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播，可以在空气飞沫中存活数小时。4

    • 流感病毒可以在硬物表面存活24小时，在编织物表面存活15分钟，在手上的存活时间短（大部分5分钟失去感染力）。4

    • 副流感病毒可以在硬物表面存活10小时，在软物表面存活4小时。4

    •甲型H1N1流感病毒可在空气中存活2小时，是目前研究的已知存活时间最长的病毒；但是在潮湿空气中，甚至能存活超过1天。

    •H7N9禽流感病毒普遍对热敏感，对低温抵抗力较强。病毒在较低温度粪便中可存活1周，在4℃水中可存活1个月，65℃加热30分钟或煮沸（100℃）2分钟以上可灭活。

    除此之外，流感病毒的失活时间还取决于它所处的表面类型，科学家的研究发现流感病毒——

    •在木头表面可以存活48小时；

    •在不锈钢和塑料表面可以存活24小时；

    •在衣服表面8小时；

    •在纸张和纸巾上只能活不到8个小时；

    •在手上只能活5分钟（流感病毒并不喜欢我们的手）。

    乙肝病毒

    乙肝病毒是一种常见的病毒，全世界大约有3.5亿携带人群，而在中国大约有1亿人携带，它的抵抗力很强，对热、低温干燥紫外线及一般浓度的消毒剂均能耐受。

    乙肝病毒在高温达到100℃的情况下，基本只能存活8～15分钟；在气温达到65℃时，大约可以存活10小时；37℃的环境下，可以存活7天；30℃～32℃的环境下，至少可以存活6个月；气温-20℃的话，则可以存活15年左右。

    此外，也有一些强碱性、强酸性或是化学物质等刺激和影响，也都是会直接导致乙肝病毒存活时间各种多变性。所以，在气温、环境等多个方面有所不同的情况下，乙肝病毒存活条件上的变化会影响到时间上的波动。

    艾滋病病毒

    艾滋病是一种病死率高、传染性强的疾病，但艾滋病病毒很脆弱，只能在血液和体液中活的细胞中生存，不能在空气中、水中和食物中存活。离开了这些血液和体液，这些病毒会很快死亡。

    空气本身不能杀死艾滋病病毒，但暴露在空气中会使含有病毒的体液干燥，从而病毒很快地被破坏。美国疾控中心的报告称：干燥几个小时就可以使病毒减少90%～99%的活性。

    流出体外但保留在血液和体液中的艾滋病病毒，加热到56℃后，10分钟内即可灭活；如果煮沸，可以迅速灭活；用70%的酒精、10%漂白粉、2%戊二醛、4%福尔马林、35%异丙醇、0.5%来苏水、0.3%过氧化氢、过氧乙酸等消毒剂处理10分钟，同样可以灭活艾滋病。

    只有带病毒的感染者的血液或体液从一个人体内直接进入到另一个人体内时才能传播。因此，日常生活中的接触，如：握手、接吻、共餐，生活在同一房间或办公室，接触电话、门把手、便具，接触汗液或泪液等都不会感染艾滋病。

    狂犬病毒

    狂犬病毒在外界的存活能力是极为脆弱的。阴暗冰冷潮湿环境下，病毒可存活数日才会全部灭活，但正常环境都有阳光，只要携带狂犬病毒的体液如唾液、血液等风干了，狂犬病毒也就完全灭活了。科学家对狂犬病毒做过很多实验，都很清楚的表明狂犬病毒在正常外界环境下是几乎存活不了的，即使能存活几秒到几分钟，它的感染能力也大大降低。

    因此，狂犬病毒在水中、空气中或者食物中，是没有传染能力的。即使是有狗的唾液掉到水里或者空气中，然后我们的伤口碰到了，那一点点病毒也不足以感染的。

    当然任何事情都没那么绝对，也有特殊情况，比如生吃疯狗肉时太过狼吐虎咽，狗骨头把口腔都刺破出血了，这种情况是有一定风险的。

    埃博拉病毒

    跟中国人谈虎色变的SARS（非典）病毒和新型冠状病毒不同，埃博拉病毒并非呼吸系统疾病，因此它不会透过空气传播。目前的研究表明，埃博拉病毒主要是靠感染者的体液和血液传播，这包括感染者的唾液、呕吐物、血液、排泄物、眼泪、汗水和母乳等。

    研究表明，如果医护人员不慎接触到埃博拉患者的血液，只要自己身上没有伤口，这些血液也未触碰到自己的嘴巴、鼻子和眼睛等，用肥皂和清水把血液冲洗干净即能防止感染。

    埃博拉病毒在干燥环境下可存活几个小时，在液体和低温条件下存活时间更长。但是，该病毒对热非常敏感：60℃下一个小时或煮沸５分钟即可消灭它。此外，很多常规消毒剂，如含氯的消毒剂、脂溶剂等，以及紫外线、X射线都可以灭活埃博拉病毒。

    因此，根据呼吸道病毒的这些传播特点，在疫情期间我们应该做到：

    1.与人接触时保持一定距离（1.5米以上），戴好口罩；

    2.勤洗手，洗手时间至少15-20秒。

    检测设备：波谱分析仪器（真空远红外光谱）
    可能还需要对分子筛膜进行验证的能够得到晶形照片的高倍数电子显微镜
